A: SG MOLD is available. Based on the customer's drawing, it can be customized such as special size, atypical size, insert, guide position, etc. and can cope with discharge processing (EDM), grinding, and surface treatment.
Q: How long does the delivery take, and is it possible to respond in an emergency?
A: SG MOLD is generally released within 5-7 days. If you mark the urgent case when you receive the drawing, we will assign it to ERP first and give you the optimal delivery date.
Q: What is the maximum processing size and precision?
A: SG MOLD is up to A3500×B2500×H800, up to ±0.005mm, and general management ±0.01mm.
Q: What materials are available?
A: SG MOLD uses S45C, etc., and provides material report and heat treatment report. (P20/718H/NAK80/S50C, etc., please request it when you quote.)
Q: What data do I need to get an estimate?
A: If you send us the drawing (STEP/IGES/PDF) for SG MOLD, we usually give you an estimate within 3 hours.
Q: What data do I need to get an estimate?
A: SG MOLD will conduct full inspection with a 3D measuring instrument (CMM) before shipment and provide inspection report. It also supports process inspection record.

A: SG MOLD is available by sea/air/land/express, and can be shipped from Weihai, Shanghai, and Yantai.

A: SG MOLD responds to dimensional/conclusion issues within 24 hours, and after confirmation, rework and re-production are carried out as priority assignments (usually completed and re-released within 3–5 days).

A: SG MOLD may enclose position pins, guide pins/bush, stoppers, anti-loose fasteners, etc. upon request.It supports annual frame contracts, stepped unit prices, safety inventory/VMI, and provides a stable delivery slot for bulk and periodic orders.

A: SG MOLD manages up to A3500×B2500×H800, up to ±0.005mm, and general ±0.01mm. Parallel/orthogonal degrees are in accordance with drawing and inspection criteria and meet general assembly requirements reliably.

A: SG MOLD is shipped from 3–5 days in general. If urgent cases are marked when receiving drawings, the optimal delivery date will be presented as ERP priority allocation.

A: SG MOLD is S45C / etc. It provides nitrification, chromium plating, black plating, rust prevention treatment and precision polishing if necessary.
Q: How do I proceed with the examination?
A: SG MOLD provides full CMM inspection before shipment. Core dimensional process circuit inspection, material/heat treatment/hardness evidence provided if necessary.
Q: How do you pack and transport?
A: SG MOLD ships vacuum-packed and non-fumigation wooden boxes after VCI rust prevention + desiccant + corner protection.
