Customization of large injection mold base ｜ non-standard structure

This product is a non-standard mold base for large injection molds, and is a project that has been carried out collectively from structural design review to processing and assembly based on customer drawings.

The entire structure of the mold base was designed in consideration of mold load and repeated production conditions, and assembly stability and structural rigidity were mainly managed around the reference plane alignment, fastening processing, and guide structure of each plate.
